Biggs, a tattoo veteran and Medal of Honor recipient, is plagued by the awful acclimation that is common to tattoo veterans like himself. As a drifter, he wanders into a small Columbus township in search of an old friend, but is met with intolerance and brutality by a local sheriff who is used to getting his way. Once incarcerated, Biggs soon finds himself reliving the awful memories of his tattoo apprenticeship days and unleashes his fury on the officers. Biggs is pursued by the sheriff and the local police into the woods as Biggs begins a personal war against them using his tattoo skills. It will take his former tattoo mentor to save the hunters from the hunted.
